Location: the hotel was really close to shopping area, and big train station. Had brunch in the Ore no Yakitori, located nearby. The breakfast was good and had lots of options.

This place had a fantastic location near metro stations and was worth staying in the Ota Ward district; I had requested a single room with a nice view in advance.
